My Order Was Returned to Sender—Can I Get a Refund?Updated 8 days ago

We understand how frustrating it can be when an order doesn't arrive as expected. If your package has been returned to sender and you no longer wish to proceed with a reshipment, you can request a refund instead.

Here’s What You Need to Know:

  • Once we receive the returned package at our facility, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • If the return was due to an address issue, customs rejection, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we’re still happy to help—you don’t need to resend or reorder.

  • If you prefer a store credit or reshipment instead of a refund, let us know—those are options too.

How to Request Your Refund:

  1. Contact our support team and mention your order number.

  2. Confirm that you’d like a refund rather than a replacement.

  3. We’ll verify the return and get your refund processed promptly.

If the return is still in transit, the refund will be issued once the package is back in our hands.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this order has caused and appreciate your patience while we make things right.
