Looking for a past order? No problem — there are two simple ways to track it down, depending on how you checked out 🧾

If You Created an Account

If you created an account during checkout, you can view your full order history directly from your account dashboard.

Log in to your account using the email address you placed the order with. Once logged in, head to your Account Dashboard and select Orders or Order History. All past orders associated with that email will be listed there.

This is the easiest way to keep track of previous purchases 🌿

If You Checked Out as a Guest

If you placed your order without creating an account, it won’t appear in an account dashboard.

In this case, check your email inbox (and spam or promotions folder) for your order confirmation email. This email includes your order number, order details, and purchase date 📧
