Can I Link an Order Placed Before Creating an Account?Updated 24 days ago

We’re glad you created an account! However, orders placed as a guest (without an account) cannot be retroactively linked to a new or existing account.

Why Not?

Our system treats guest checkouts separately, and they aren’t connected to any user profiles—even if you used the same email address. For privacy and security reasons, we can't merge past guest order data with your new account.

What You Can Do:

  • Keep your confirmation email for reference—it has all your order details and tracking info.

  • Place future orders while signed in to your account so they appear in your order history.

  • If you need help with a guest order, just reach out to support with your order number and email address—we can still assist you!

We know this isn’t ideal, but we’re always here to help if you have questions or run into issues.
